EonSMPPrivacy Policy

This policy explains what information EonSMP collects and how it is used. We collect the minimum needed to run the server and store.
What we collect
- Game data — when you join the server we receive your Minecraft username, UUID, and IP address (standard for any Minecraft server). Gameplay actions (block changes, chat, commands) are logged for moderation and anti-grief purposes.
- Store data — when you make a purchase, our store platform records your Minecraft username, email address, and order details. Card payments are handled entirely by our payment processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal); we never see or store card numbers.
- Website — this website sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics.
How we use it
- Running the server: authentication, moderation, anti-cheat, and restoring griefed builds.
- Delivering store purchases to the correct account and providing purchase support.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except the payment and store providers needed to process your order.
Retention
Moderation logs are retained on a rolling basis and pruned periodically. Order records are kept as required for accounting and tax purposes.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about your account, or ask for it to be deleted (subject to records we must keep for completed transactions), by contacting us.
