Terms of Service

These terms apply to the EonSMP Minecraft server (play.eonsmp.com), this website (eonsmp.com), and the EonSMP server store. By playing on the server or making a purchase you agree to these terms.

1. The service

EonSMP is a community-run multiplayer Minecraft server operated from Australia. Access to the server is free. The store sells optional digital items (such as cosmetic ranks and cosmetics) that support the server's hosting and running costs.

2. Store purchases

• All store items are virtual, digital goods delivered to your Minecraft account on the EonSMP server. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
• You must enter your Minecraft username correctly at checkout — items are delivered to the account named on the order.
• If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian (the cardholder) before making a purchase.
• Purchases comply with the Minecraft EULA: items are cosmetic or convenience only and do not provide competitive gameplay advantages.
• Payments are processed by our payment providers (e.g. Stripe or PayPal). We do not see or store your card details.

3. Refunds and chargebacks

See our Refund Policy. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of store items and server access while the dispute is resolved.

4. Conduct

• Follow the in-game server rules (/rules). Cheating, griefing, exploiting bugs, and harassment are not permitted.
• Staff may warn, mute, kick, or ban accounts that break the rules. Bans do not entitle you to a refund of prior purchases.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the server online but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or technical faults may cause downtime. Virtual items may be adjusted over time for game balance or due to Minecraft updates; where an item you purchased is removed, we will offer a reasonable equivalent.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose consumer guarantees are not excluded), EonSMP is provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim relating to the service or store is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant purchase.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the server after changes constitutes acceptance.
